PLENTY
Errors made

E is for errors. There were plenty. That is what film sessions are for.

The problem

You play every day. You never train.

Athletes spend most of their time practicing and a fraction of it playing. Sales flips that. Every call is a live game, pipeline review is your only film session, and "coaching" from your manager is mostly a forecast interrogation.

01

Winging the big moments

Discovery, demos, pricing calls, procurement. You run them on instinct, because nobody ever made you rehearse them before they counted.

02

Activity without improvement

More dials, more sequences, same conversion. At some point effort stops being the constraint. Skill is the constraint, and skill needs reps.

03

Nobody watching your film

You have never heard your own calls broken down, moment by moment, by someone who has carried a number. Athletes get that weekly.

Talent gets you drafted.
Practice gets you paid.

The sellers who separate are no smarter. They train.

The method

Four stations,
every block

Practice only works when it is structured. Every week runs the same circuit, so progress is visible instead of vibes-based.

Game film

Weekly

We pull your live calls apart: the pause you rushed, the objection you accepted, the close you never asked for.

Live reps

Weekly

Role play under pressure until the hard conversation feels routine. Discovery, multithreading, pricing, the save.

The playbook

Yours to keep

Your language, your objection handling, your deal framework: written down instead of remembered.

Conditioning

Every session

Routine, pre-call prep, and the mental side. Sustainable output beats hero months every time.

The coach

Chris Gosik

I grew up in Philadelphia baseball. State champions at Malvern in 2009, D1 outfield at East Carolina, drafted by the Phillies the same year. Everything I know about getting better came from a decade of being coached hard and early.

Then I carried a number in enterprise tech for more than ten years: prospecting, discovery, six-figure deals, bad quarters, good ones. I ran thousands of calls and made plenty of errors that nobody ever sat down and reviewed with me.

That gap is the whole business. I coach sellers the way I was coached as an athlete: straight film, live reps, and a plan you can run on Monday morning.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Who is this for?+

Tech sellers, mostly: SDRs, AEs, and newer managers in B2B and enterprise IT. If you sell something complicated to a committee, this was built for you. If you sell something simple to one person, it still works, it just works faster.

I'm brand new. Or very senior. Still a fit?+

Both. New reps build fundamentals in weeks instead of years because film and reps compress the learning curve. Senior reps usually need the film most, because nobody has watched theirs in a decade.

How much time does it take?+

One hour live per week, plus the calls you were already making. Film review happens async, so it costs you attention rather than calendar time.

How is this different from my company's sales training?+

Training teaches one framework to everyone at once. Coaching watches you, in your deals, and fixes your specific game. Teams need both. Individuals get paid on the second one.

What happens with my call recordings?+

Film stays between us and is never shared.

What does it cost?+

Pricing is listed on each program and confirmed on the intro call. No surprises and no upsell theater. If it is a bad fit, Chris will say so on the call.
