1. The services
Gosik Sales Performance Coaching ("the practice") provides sales coaching to individuals and teams: 1:1 programs, small-group sessions, and team training days. Coaching is professional skills development. It is neither therapy, nor legal, financial, or employment advice.
2. Booking and payment
- Program pricing is listed on the site and confirmed before the engagement starts.
- Payment is due before the first session unless agreed otherwise in writing. Group memberships bill monthly.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider under its own terms.
3. Scheduling, cancellation, refunds
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least [ 24 hours ] notice. Missed sessions without notice count as delivered.
- Group memberships may be cancelled ahead of the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: [ set refund policy, e.g. pro-rated within the first two weeks of a block ].
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to show up prepared, share materials that are yours to share, and confirm that sharing call recordings or deal information complies with your employer's policies and applicable consent laws. Outcomes depend heavily on your effort between sessions.
5. Confidentiality
Everything you share in coaching stays confidential: recordings, deal details, compensation, and personal context. The practice will never disclose client materials to employers or third parties, except where the law requires it. Anonymized, unidentifiable patterns may inform program improvements.
6. Intellectual property
Your personal playbook belongs to you for your own professional use. The underlying frameworks, templates, and program materials remain the intellectual property of the practice and may be neither resold nor redistributed.
7. No promise of results
Coaching improves skills through practice; specific outcomes (quota attainment, promotions, closed deals) depend on you, your market, and your company, and are never guaranteed.
8. Independence
[ This coaching practice is independent of, and unaffiliated with, Chris's employer. ]
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the practice's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. The practice is liable for neither indirect nor consequential damages, including lost commissions or lost employment.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for delivered sessions remain due; treatment of remaining sessions follows the refund policy above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, PA.
12. Changes
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date and apply to engagements booked afterward.
